Free Shipping Details:

For orders of $150 or more, we offer free standard shipping within the contiguous USA. Standard Shipping is delivered by UPS Ground service. Our free shipping offer does not include expedited shipping options, which can be selected for an additional fee.

Delivery Times:

If your order includes any items that are not in stock, we will contact you with expected delivery times. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and may be shipped in multiple packages.

Please be aware that lead times for all handcrafted, imported products can be affected by unforeseen production and shipping issues. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you with an update.

Transit times for shipping will be determined by your location and the shipping service that you select:

Standard Delivery:

Available within the USA.  Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Expedited Delivery: 

For faster delivery within the USA we offer Next Day and Two Day shipping service for in-stock orders. Please allow one business day for order processing prior to shipment.

Next-Day orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver service and will be delivered by 3PM. Two-Day orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air Service and will be delivered by the end of the day. 

International Delivery:

We ship internationally using UPS Worldwide Expedited service. 

Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the USA do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Shipping Addresses:

Please confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct when placing an order with us. If an address is undeliverable or the delivery is refused, you will be charged a restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs.

Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

Multiple Shipments: 

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and as a result, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping costs.
