Free Shipping Details:

For orders of $150 or more, we offer free standard shipping within the contiguous USA. Standard Shipping is delivered by UPS Ground service. Our free shipping offer does not include expedited shipping options, which can be selected for an additional fee.

Delivery Times: 

If your order includes any items that are not in stock, we will contact you with expected delivery times. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and may be shipped in multiple packages.

Please be aware that lead times for all handcrafted, imported products can be affected by unforeseen production and shipping issues. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you with an update.

Transit times for shipping will be determined by your location and the shipping service that you select:

Standard Delivery: 

Available within the USA.  Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Expedited Delivery: 

For faster delivery within the USA we offer Next Day and Two Day shipping service for in-stock orders. Please allow one full business day for order processing prior to shipment.

Next-Day orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver service and will be delivered by 3PM. Two-Day orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air Service and will be delivered by the end of the day. 

International Delivery:

Labrazel Home ships only to addresses within the USA.  For shipments outside the USA, we recommend MyUS.com, a freight forwarding service that offers convenient, fast international shipping. 

When you sign up with MyUS.com, you will be provided with a special shipping address at their warehouse facility. Just use this shipping address when you shop with us.  

We'll deliver your order to your MyUS.com address, and they will contact you to confirm the costs for delivery to your final destination.

Shipping Addresses: 

Please confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct when placing an order with us. If an address is undeliverable or the delivery is refused, you will be charged a restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs.

Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

Multiple Shipments: 

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and as a result, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping costs.
