Shipping

Your order will show the availability of each item you have selected.

Please be aware that lead times for all handcrafted, imported products can be affected by unforeseen production and shipping issues. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you with an update and confirm all details with you before proceeding with the order.

In-stock items are shipped from our Connecticut warehouse. Items that are not in stock will ship within the time frame shown on your order. In some cases, these items may ship directly from the manufacturer, and may be shipped in multiple packages.

Please allow one full business day for order processing prior to shipment.

Transit time for shipping will be determined by your location and the shipping service that you select.

Standard Delivery (For continental USA)
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Expedited Delivery (For continental USA)

For faster delivery, we offer Next Day and Two Day shipping service for in-stock orders. Please note that we require one full business day for order processing prior to shipment.

Expedited Delivery Rates:
Two-Day Shipping Service: $20.00 additional
Next-Day Shipping Service: $50.00 additional


Note: Express Delivery charges are applied in addition to Standard Shipping charges.

For Shipments Outside the Continental USA

If your billing or shipping address is outside the continental USA, please contact us to place your order. We will provide you with a shipping quote and confirm all details with you prior to shipment.

Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Shipping Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct when placing an order with us. If an address is undeliverable or the delivery is refused, you will be charged a restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs.

Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.
