Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Labrazel.

If you receive a broken or defective item, please retain all original packing materials and notify us within 5 days of receipt. If the problem is the result of a manufacturing issue or shipping error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you or refund the cost of the item and all shipping fees. To report a broken or defective item, please contact us by email at orders@labrazelhome.com or by phone at 860-232-6300.

If for any other reason you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it to us within 10 days and we'll refund the cost of the item, excluding the original shipping fees.

Please note:
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You may select the carrier of your choice.
  • We recommend that you purchase insurance for any packages that you ship to us, since we cannot refund you for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment.
  • Your return must include our Merchandise Return Form.
  • Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for your original purchase. Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you by mail to confirm the total amount that was refunded to your credit card.
  • Items that are monogrammed, customized, or noted as special orders cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged after the order has been placed, unless damaged or defective.
